The Story from the Vestry:

Blended on a pouring rainy day inside the old chapel, Sanctuary Smoke is the olfactory soul of our church restoration project. It is inspired by the quiet history lingering within these soaring wooden beams, mixed with a free-spirited, bohemian energy.

We slow-infuse this blend to capture the deeply grounding warmth of an old-world nag champa style scent. Earthy patchouli and sacred frankincense resin are smoothed by rich sandalwood and the velvety, shadowed depth of traditional oakmoss, all carried in a luxurious golden jojoba base. It is deep, meditative, and entirely natural.

Seed-to-Shelf Craftsmanship: Because we operate entirely at a seasonal pace, our products are made in deliberate, small batches. When the sun shines in Pukerau, we lock the studio doors and head outside to tend the botanicals. When the rain returns, we come back inside to blend, bottle, and hand-number each piece. Once a batch is gone, nature makes us wait until the next quiet window to cure the next.
